Marr Corp. began in 1999 with just Corbin and occasional help. The business has grown over the years to specialize in handcrafted, unique homes with a personal touch.

We love to use antique materials in brand new, cutting edge homes to achieve a one-of-a-kind, rustic style. In order to achieve the right look, we believe in testing and comparison. For example, while working on the Tipple House (our featured project), we built numerous rock walls using different styles and materials in order to determine the best match for the style of the house. That's the kind of determination we bring to each and every project.

GET TO KNOW OUR TEAM
Doug Fowler, a Plainfield, Vermont native, moved to Crested Butte in 1995.  Doug likes to hunt and fish. His high school sweetheart and wife, Karen, is Director of Conference Services at Crested Butte Mountain Resort.	Brent Strauss is originally from Heartland, Michigan, and he move to Crested Butte in 2003. Brent is big on snowboarding and rafting. He has a degree in Engineering Design from Mott Community College. Brent and his wife Jaime are expecting a baby boy in March of 2008.
Chris Meyer is originally from Beverly, Massachusetts, and he moved to Crested Butte in 1999 after what he refers to as his "radical sabatical" touring with the band Phish. Chris fishes as often as possible.	Erik Iverson is a Steamboat Springs, Colorado native, and he moved to Gunnison in 1998 to go to college at Western State. Erik graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. You can't stop Erik and his faithful sidekick dog, Timber, from skiing too much.
Corbin and Laurel Marr own Marr Corp. Laurel is originally from Nashville, Tennessee and Corbin is originally from Essex, Connecticut. Laurel graduated from The College of Charleston (South Carolina) with a B.S. in Business. Corbin earned a B.A. in History from The University of Colorado at Boulder.
